We want you to be fully satisfied with your Sealskinz gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Whether it is a sizing issue or a change of heart, we are committed to making the return process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn products with all original tags attached into a secure shipping mailer or box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
